How To Order A Pressure Gauge If you can’t find a suitable pressure gauge on the following pages, we can find it for you. We can supply ranges from as low as 0-0.25Kpa to as high as 0-400, 000 kPa. Below is a checklist of what we need to know.
1. Case size? 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 115, 150, 200 or 250mm.
2. Type of connection? Lower mount, center/lower back mount, panel mount or wall mount.
3. Thread size? 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, BSPP or BSPT or NPT or other.
4. Case material? Plastic, black painted steel, stainless steel or other.
5. Wetted parts material? Brass/bronze, stainless steel, monel or other.
6. Accuracy? 2.5%, 1.6%, 1.0%, 0.5%, 0.25% or other.

Accessories For Extreme Conditions 1. Case liquid filled? Glycerine or silicone, Used where there is extreme vibration or pulsating pressure.
2. Restrictor? Internal, screw on or adjustable, Used for pulsating pressure.
3. Syphon or pig tail? Used in steam applications to lower the temperature to the gauge.
4. Diaphragm seal? Mini, 2 piece bolted, Triclover, BSM, Homogeniser, Flanged or other, Used to isolate the process medium from the pressure gauge.
5. Capillary between the gauge and the diaphragm seal? Used to either remote mount the gauge or to lower the temperature.
